Austin Ng, Ph.D.

I hold a Master’s and Ph.D. in Computer Science from a U.S. university. Over the past several years, I have worked at multiple major FAANG companies and U.S. research institutes. I have extensive industrial and academic experience in areas such as cloud computing, CPU/GPU software/hardware optimization, semiconductors, high-performance computing, storage, filesystem, and networking.

During my Ph.D., I obtained my NIW (National Interest Waiver), and later during my work, I self-petitioned for my EB1-A, successfully securing my green card. In the past two years, I have helped 20+ clients obtain NIW and EB-1A approvals in fields like Computer Science, Software Development, Data Science, Civil Engineering, Healthcare, and FinTech. My expertise lies in identifying clients’ notable citations from publications and transforming their academic achievements into clear, compelling petitions and recommendation letters, always prioritizing the client’s success.

I offer services such as SoC (Statement of Contributions) brainstorming, letter reviews, resume guidance, and citation identification. I also provide academic and career coaching.
